To all our valuable customers, please take note of the following important announcement.
It has recently come to our attention that there are currently imitation welding products bearing our company's name and/or packaging style being sold in our overseas markets. In this regard, we would like to advise all our customers to exercise caution when placing orders with unfamiliar distributors/dealers of our products.
Kobe Steel, Ltd. Welding Company shall not, in any event or under any circumstances, be liable for down time, loss of production, damages or accidents or loss of profits or for any lost cost incurred by customers as a result of the welding defects or the usage of the imitation welding products whether direct, indirect, special or consequential.
The following are the typical characteristics of imitation Stainless Steel TIG and SMAW welding electrodes bearing our company's name and/or packaging style.
