Social Contributions Around the World

We continue to engage in community oriented contribution activities at the local level at all overseas Kobe Steel Group companies.

Here at the Kobe Steel Group, contributing to society is one of the key goals set out in our medium- to long-term business vision KOBELCO VISION "G".

We respect cultures and customs in different countries and regions all over the world, and engage in social contribution activities as a member of the local community at each of our sites.

This section outlines a handful of the Kobe Steel Group's social contribution activities around the world.

It has stayed in regular contact with children from the school ever since, through activities such as inviting them on tours of its plants and donating teaching materials.
