(Ensuring HAZ toughness at -20°C to -40°C with a welding heat input of 400 kJ/cm)
⇒The welding time can be shortened to 1/10 compared to conventional CO2 multi-layer welding.
EH47 ●Heavy-thick high-strength steel, can be ensured one-pass vertical welding by SEGARC welding up to 55 mm thickness

Used for sheer strakes at the longitudinal center of the hull
●one-pass vertical position weldable by Electro-Gas Arc welding up to 20 mm thickness
