We have not sold and shared your personal information in the preceding 12 months other than category (5).

Third-party advertising, analytics, and other similar marketing business partners may have access to your personal information in Category (5), which may be considered “selling” or “sharing” in certain circumstances. We do not knowingly collect, sell, or share the information of minors under the age of 16.

3.How long we retain your personal information

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the legitimate business purposes set out in this Notice. We will retain and use your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations (e.g., if we are required to retain your personal information to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

5.Procedure for exercising your rights

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information.

If you designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, we may require that you provide the authorized agent written permission to do so and verify your own identity directly with us.
