We have not sold and shared your personal information in the preceding 12 months other than category (5).

Third-party advertising, analytics, and other similar marketing business partners may have access to your personal information in Category (5), which may be considered “selling” or “sharing” in certain circumstances. We do not knowingly collect, sell, or share the information of minors under the age of 16.

3．How long we retain your personal information

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the legitimate business purposes set out in this Notice. We will retain and use your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations (e.g., if we are required to retain your personal information to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

5．Procedure for exercising your rights

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information.

If you designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, we may require that you provide the authorized agent written permission to do so and verify your own identity directly with us.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.
The verifiable consumer request must:

Include the information completely and correctly by filling in inquiry forms.
Describe what we should respond to.
Allow us to match your personal information that we already have collected at least 3 contents.

We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service providers or contractors to:

Complete the transaction for which we collected the personal information, provide products or service that you requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, fulfill the terms of a written warranty or product recall conducted in accordance with federal law, or otherwise perform our contract with you.
Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities.
Comply with a legal obligation.
Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.
