Gas Impregnation Equipment

This HIP equipment has a mechanism to impregnate a porous body with molten metal or glass under gas pressure of approx. 10 MPa (102 kgf/cm²). This is used to manufacture composite materials made of porous carbon or formed SiC fibers impregnated with Al, Sn, or glass, etc.

Insulation HIP Equipment

This equipment is used for materials generating gases during HIP treatment that can contaminate the heating system. A casing made of heat-resistant alloy is set in the heating system to prevent the gases from mixing with the pressure medium gas.
