Features
High precision aluminum alloy thick plates ALJADE and ALHIGHCE for aluminum materials mainly used in semiconductor and FPD equipment are produced and sold by our Moka Works.
This is a 5052 aluminum alloy thick plate with greatly improved flatness and thickness tolerance, as well as lower residual stress compared to JIS standards, thereby contributing to a reduction in cutting time, cutting annealing after processing and greatly increasing the yield.
