KFC™ is a precipitation-hardened copper alloy with fine Fe2P compounds in the matrix, formed by adding small amounts of iron and phosphorus to copper.

- Higher strength than pure copper and C14415
- Excellent bare bondability
- Excellent solderability and platability
- Heat resistant temperature above 400 degree, and higher than C14415
