High Conductivity and Higher Softening Resistance Copper Alloy KFC™

Copper alloy with excellent softening resistance than C14415. (Cu-0.15%.Sn)
KFC™ has small amount of iron and phosphorus in chemical compositions, and is hardened by Fe2P precipitates in copper matrix.
Good Points
- Has excellent electrical and thermal conductivity.
- Has higher strength than pure copper and C14415.
- Has higher softening temperature above 400 degree, and higher than C14415.
- Has good bare bondability.
- Has good stamping formability and etching formability.
- Has good solderability and platability. It maybe reduce the protrusions by the silver plating.
